Australasia EduConnect Group is an established Educational Consultancy business in providing assistance with international student’s recruitment and choosing a study program with an Australian, Canada, USA, UK and New Zealand institutes, schools, colleges or universities.
We have established an Australasia EduConnect Group consultancy services with a registered head office based in Sydney, Australia and an international registered office in capital city of Dhaka in Bangladesh with adding various value added services including conduct an interview to understand student’s needs and goals, make suggestions for the best institutions and programs to help reach your goals, assist you to collect all of the documents you will need for your application, guide you through the application process, guide you through the visa process once you have been accepted by an institution, help preparing for the move and arrival in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK & USA.
✓ Responsible for student recruitment and education sales to facilitate the admission of offshore and onshore international students in registered training organizations of their choice i.e.. Australian, Canada, New Zealand, USA, and Europe.
✓ Be familiar with Australian, Canada, New Zealand, USA, and Europe educational service industry and relevant sectors, identifying our company’s culture and having a strong passion for this industry;
✓ Effectively counsel international students to facilitate their admission in foreign institutes/ colleges/ universities;
✓ Provide up to date information about courses offered by partner entities to ensure a student’s successful course change and enrolment;
✓ Create and maintain accurate client information such as inquiry notes, file notes, admission entries, offer letters, CoEs, and follow-ups in the organization’s CRM system
✓ Establish agency arrangements with foreign universities/colleges/institutes
✓ Accurately maintain students’ prospects – number of leads, number of probable prospects, number of confirmed prospects in the Operations Manager’s lead or application tracker sheet
✓ Create and submit timely admission reports to the manager in order to aid the smooth processing of monthly incentives
✓ Partake in the organization’s training and assessment activities as and when directed
✓ Build content, participate in marketing activities (education fair, expo, online seminar, etc) and engage the client base on the organization’s social media handles such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn as and when directed by the manager
✓ Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing advice to clients on foreign university/colleges/institutes education issues;
✓ Reaching and converting clients who are seeking to study abroad applications
✓ Attracting international students to enroll in a variety of courses/universities, change courses, Professional Year Program, etc.
✓ Provide accurate and detailed advice based on a strong understanding of legislation and policy
✓ Liaise with clients, skills assessing authorities and government authorities including immigration authorities, State/Territory Governments
✓ Graduate/post-graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (essential)
✓ Experience in providing education counseling/student consultancy;
✓ Fluent in the English language with excellent communication skills across all key methods – oral (including presentations), written, and non-verbal.
